Will an independent shop void my Porsche warranty?
No. Under the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer can't void your warranty just because an independent shop did the maintenance. Follow the schedule, use parts that meet factory spec and keep your records. We use OEM parts, and every visit comes with a detailed report.

Our 911 C4S cabriolet was loaded in HBI's enclosed trailer, transported to their shop in Mocksville for an oil, filter and brake fluid change, stored securely indoors overnight and returned the next day. No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act stops a manufacturer voiding your warranty because an independent shop did the maintenance, provided the schedule is followed with factory-spec parts. We use OEM parts and report on every visit.
How much does a Porsche oil service cost?
It depends on the model, the engine and what else is due, so we quote each oil service for your car, usually within 30–60 minutes during business hours. The inspection and detail are free.
Where's the nearest Porsche service shop to me?
Ours is in Mocksville, minutes off I-40. Within 60 driving miles, Charlotte, Greensboro and Winston-Salem included, we pick your car up free in an enclosed trailer. Anywhere else in North Carolina, Raleigh-Durham included, we collect for a per-mile fee.
Do you service Cayenne, Macan, Panamera and Taycan?
Yes: Macan and Taycan of every year, Cayenne from 2019 and Panamera from 2017, with older ones considered case by case. Taycan work excludes high-voltage repairs.
Do you do pre-purchase inspections on used Porsches?
Yes: our 137-point check and a factory scan, with photos and video, so you know what you're buying.
How long does a typical service take?
Book an oil service five days ahead and it's usually done the same day. Larger services are scheduled so the work isn't rushed.
Do I get a warranty, and do you use genuine parts?
Yes to both: OEM parts and fluids only, never aftermarket, and 3 years or 36,000 miles on parts and labor, with warranty work done at our shop.
What if you find something else during the inspection?
You get photos and video, and nothing extra is done until you approve it. If a part nearby is close to failing, we'll say so.
Can I get a loaner car, or wait at the shop?
Three loaner cars cover qualifying jobs; book one with your appointment. Or wait in the lounge with Wi-Fi and refreshments.
Can you handle warranty work and financing?
Yes. We facilitate factory warranty repairs, and bigger services can be financed in-house or through Affirm.
